Book your visit
Appointments are scheduled through our front office or online request system, and you are matched with an appropriate provider.
Receive your links
You are sent consent forms, intake paperwork, and a secure video link through our patient platform and via email before your appointment.
Set up your space
At the scheduled time, you join from a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone in a private, quiet location.
Meet with your provider
Your clinician completes the evaluation or follow-up, reviews symptoms, discusses medications or therapy, and updates the treatment plan as needed.
Continue care
Follow-up visits are scheduled at appropriate intervals, which may be telehealth-only or a mix of telehealth and in-person visits.
